This lens is fully functional and is in great cosmetic condition. It is mechanically perfect. The glass elements are free of fungus, scratches, haze, and separation. The aperture blades are free of oil and are perfectly snappy. The focus ring spins with excellent weight, the aperture ring clicks with mechanical precision, and the zoom function is smooth and precise.

This is a great economical lens that will frequently provide above average images. The large range of focal lengths provides versatility, making this an excellent lens for portraits, sports and action shooting, and travel photography. The fast maximum aperture allows creation of excellent subject isolation and bokeh, while stopping the lens down resolves images that are sharp and contrasty.

The mount is in excellent, unmarred condition and everything functions as it should.

This lens will naturally fit to any Minolta SR mount camera (this mount is commonly called MC or MD mount), and it can also be adapted to modern DSLR and mirrorless cameras of all makes via the use of inexpensive and readily available adapters.
